Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Lunara Sleep. We take pride in providing you with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may do so. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 70 days. If 70 days have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you notice any damage, please take photos for your records and contact us within 24 hours. You did not have to pay a return shipping fee in this case. We pay for the postage of the product back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.

Return Shipping Cost:
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the full cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
- All other returns (e.g. change of mind, wrong size ordered): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you arrange the return shipping yourself.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
Report any missing or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery to ensure fast solutions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
