Please be aware, once an order is shipped, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately; however, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund!
At Lunara Sleep, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an overview of our shipping process and estimated delivery times.
Processing Time
Order processing takes 1-3 business days before shipment.
Once shipped out, please allow 4-8 business days for delivery.
So allow a total of 5-11 business days from the day of the purchase until you receive the products.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address entered is correct.
Due to fast processing times, there is a very small window to cancel, modify, or change an order address.
If you need to request a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
We will do our best to accommodate the request; however, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours or your local carrier before reaching out to us.
